Provider Success Specialist - Account Manager

doxo is disrupting bill pay. We are founded on the simple idea to create a simple, secure way to pay all your bills from a single account. We’re a rapidly growing startup looking for a Provider Success Specialist to provide exceptional customer advocacy and support of doxo’s provider (B2B) customers, and, to help develop and grow a B2B success organization as a key part of the business.

This role is responsible for provider support, adoption, retention, and satisfaction for a given book of accounts. The Provide Success Specialist interacts with providers daily in responding to incoming support requests, build relationships, drive adoption, provide awareness to all available doxo resources and services, and uncover new growth opportunities. Ultimately, this role will be the provider’s trusted advisor to ensure provider success.

The perfect candidate is naturally customer-centric, works with a sense of urgency, takes pride and ownership in their daily contributions, and enjoys wearing many hats during this critical phase of our organization.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Proactive relationship management and daily support to maintain overall provider health and exceed provider expectations 
  • Perform onboarding activities for new providers to ensure timely and seamless launches
  • Drive growth and adoption through agreed upon activities to ensure a provider success. These activities include, but are not restricted to: frequent provider outreach, documenting provider’s goals and developing a plan for their success, establishing success metrics, identifying potential roadblocks, and providing relevant recommendations
  • Monitor and report activity, performance, and risk of assigned accounts through data generation and analysis
  • Follow established support processes and procedures to resolve inbound support requests
  • Assist in development and documentation of departmental procedures and processes
  • Meet or exceed quarterly growth goals


Work Experience Requirements

  • 2-3 years’ experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, or Project Management. Bachelor's Degree preferred


Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements

  • Highly skilled in listening and communicating efficiently across a broad spectrum of personalities both internally and externally. Ability to provide information regarding products and services of the company effectively
  • Proven track record in understanding an organization’s structure and needs, and quickly recognizing when growth conversations are needed
  • Data analysis 
  • Working and practical knowledge of mobile devices, smartphones, tablets (iPhone/iPad/Android)
  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat
  • Excellent problem solving, organizational, and time management skills
