THE ROLE 

We’re a rapidly growing startup seeking a senior B2B Marketing Manager to help us establish and grow our B2B account-based marketing. This position is an integral part of the doxo B2B team, collaborating with the doxo marketing vice president and the B2B sales team to devise, execute, measure and optimize all account-based marketing activities. The best candidate will be one who has the strategic insight to build a substantial program from scratch while having the tactical expertise to put the program into motion. You understand the value of experimentation and testing new concepts to see what works - and are able to create a framework for measuring it.

 

The Senior Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for all account-based marketing activities. This includes, but is not limited to:

Strategy and Execution

  • Driving awareness of doxo and its value proposition and offerings with billers in the United States.
  • Acquiring biller contacts through a variety of sources including but not limited to 3rd party tools, UpWork workers, and internal FTEs.
  • Running account-based marketing through an ABM platform – currently Pardot
  • Generating marketing qualified leads for the inside sales team
  • Managing the doxo B2B website
  • Develop and manage sales collateral

Tracking and Reporting

  • Determining key performance indicators and generating weekly, monthly and quarterly reports, providing analysis and recommendations for improvement.
  • Tracking performance of campaigns through lead conversion and sales funnel.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing and lead generation
  • Excellent organizational and communications skills, with the ability to translate technical data into actionable insights, and sales and marketing goals into effective digital campaigns
  • Expert-level knowledge of account-based marketing tools like Pardot.
  • Proficiency with SalesForce
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Able to convey information in a friendly and concise manner
  • Work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven ability to accomplish objectives and work proactively
  • Capacity for learning quickly in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
